During our professional development day, teams from focus areas across the district engaged in collaborative work centered on using data to improve outcomes for all students. School counselors from every school worked together on key components of our Comprehensive School Counseling Plan to ensure district goals are met, strengthening college and career readiness, attendance, and mental health supports.

Student Support Teams also met to focus on next steps in our Behavior Solutions work by examining feedback from teacher surveys and trends in discipline data. Teams used this information to develop targeted behavioral supports focused on teaching high standards of conduct and essential social competencies.

Through collaborative planning and data-informed decision-making, Greenbrier continues to strengthen systems of support that promote academic success, positive behavior, and student well-being districtwide.
